Sad Day

I woke up this morning to a sound that breaks my heart. Andrew was crying and it wasn't the type of crying when he's mad or fighting with his brother. He was really sad. When he woke up he went downstairs and uncovered the bird cage and Charlie was dead. My boys are devastated. This little bird really worked his way into my kids hearts in the last couple weeks. I feel so bad that my kids have to go through this. We'll get another bird but as Jared put it, "I don't want another bird; I just want Charlie!"
